I’d like to start by saying this product is awesome. It’s kinda fun that it comes in a powder, but i don’t recommend using this everywhere. Before getting this I double checked with the company to see if its safe to use everywhere – in my case, I was wondering if it had glycerin in it – and they told me it was safe to use. Glycerin is not a harmful ingredient per sae, but in some people it can cause something called jock itch (which I get when using soaps with glycerin in it). It won’t happen to everyone, and I’d recommend talking to your doctor I’d you’re worried, but it can cause a rash in areas of your body that has folds and creases (like your nether regions, your armpits and under your breasts). These rashes as a result of a type of fungus that grows in your skin and feeds off of the glycerin.
Now I say all this, because I decided to just give it a try, and I wasn’t having any issues at the time, but now I have an infection in my armpit again, along with a couple other places. I definitely don’t blame the product, or the company – I did my due diligence and read the ingredients once I got the product (I’m so glad there is no secrets with your ingredients, it makes it so helpful), but now I have to clear this all up again, which takes weeks to do.
Now, with that all said and done, I still really enjoy it. It’s not really a soap replacement for me because of the glycerin, but it seems to make the psoriasis on my chest clear up (must be because it s a little moisturizing or something), and it makes my skin tingle which feels great on my back chest and arms (I got the peppermint). I have yet to try the lemongrass version, but I can’t wait to do so, it smells really good.
I’d love to see if they find a way to make a safe soap powder that doesn’t cotnian glycerin, because it truly is nice to use.
I’ll also say that this stuff isn’t really a “powder,” it’s more like they took a big block of soap and shredded it into smaller particles. When you wet and lather it, it basically sticks to itself and creates a tiny chunk of soap to work with (depending on how much you use at once). But the advantage is that you can store it much easier that a block of soap or liquid, and you can portion it out as well!
There’s my in depth review! I’d recommend giving it a try if you’re curious – just get the travel size :)

I gave the peppermint lip balm and shower powder as a Christmas gift and after seeing it in person would love to use some for myself as well!
