While we strive to get your complete satisfaction on all Way of Will orders, we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your purchase as long as there’s at least 80% of the product remaining. Once we receive the merchandise, we inspect it to see if you qualify for a return.

We offer exchanges for items purchased on our website, exchanges will be made with items of less or equal value and a $6.5 shipping fee will be charged.

US and Canada: your return is on us.

Europe + Australia: a $20 USD fee will be deducted from your refund.

International: a $30 USD fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Instructions

Please email info@wayofwill.com in advance for a return authorization. Ship package to below address with return authorization number included. Please note that merchandise returned to our office without contacting us first will be denied.

Damaged Products

Please contact us immediately at info@wayofwill.com if you receive a damaged product in your package. We will replace or ship any damaged or missing items at our expense.
