The old formulas was great! THE NEW FORMULA IS AWFUL!!!! I bought 4 Kiss, they smelled bad and tasted worse and it is so waxy it actually hurts my lips to apply.They said they haven’t changed the formula. They sent me 4 more and they were the same, but they kept telling they hadn’t changed the formula.I told them they were the same. After that order is when they told they did change the formula. PLEASE CHANGE BACK! You charge to much for them to be yucky!

I have ordered the jumbo lip balm several times I love it. It doesn’t taste like anything which I also love but it does stay on for a long period of time. I put it on before bed to ensure my lips will be well hydrated when I wake up plus during the day I love the feel of it, not greasy or a weird taste just amazing coverage

So if you want to blow my boy kiss and lick. Kiss was the first when I used and I fell instantly in love it was in greasy and it had almost a gritty application but one that I liked because it didn’t melt. My daughter used it one day and then ended up with Covid so I had to give it to her because I would not use it again. I ordered another kiss but then used my lick figuring it would be OK. I hated it there is no taste there isn’t the same formula. I just got kiss End it is not like the first one I got it is oily has absolutely no fragrance whatsoever. Did you change the formula because I am very unhappy with my new lick and kiss lip balms. I will contact customer service to see how to return and that’s something I never do but this is like putting oil on my lips
