This mask I found to be just ok. Because you are mixing it yourself, if the consistency is off, you do not get a good application and it doesn’t dry firm. I love all of my way of will products, but I likely won’t buy this one again

It BURNS … I have used other clay masks and understand the need for tightening as it drys, and the need to draw impurities out, but this is UNCOMFORTABLE and made me not want to use it again. Perhaps it’s too alkiline? Is there a way to dial it back? I don’t have sensitive skin. It just hurt.

I am going to compare to a well known clay mask that had its popularity explode. Aztec Benonite Clay Mask. I own this and used it to detox my face and 3 months later I am still regretting it. Clay masks are so hard to get right. Way of will, adding the carrier oil and allowing you to mix other way of will oils you use in you mix make for a luxury experience. Something straight from the spa. No pulling, redness and breakouts like the Aztec. Only smooth, refreshed sking with a glow thats last until the morning. I use this mask after the acids I use for my acne scars to calm my skin and to introduce some natural ingredients back to my system. It’s been perfect. I will never use the benonite clay again, and I suggest you do some research before you do too. And when you realize that it is only safe for your hair and need a proper clay mask for your face…Way of Wills is the perfect replacement…replacement is the wrong word. Its should be your first choice and use up the reat of your Aztec in ur hair ONLY. 5 STARS
